Next Steps memberships run in set 6 months cycles.
We’ll remind you when your membership is coming to an end.
If you’d like to continue, simply let us know via email— and we’ll set up your next membership cycle. If you need to change your form of payment, please do so on the Patient Portal.
If you choose not to renew, your membership will end on your expiration date, and access to expertise, monitoring, and prescriptions will pause.

We take our role in your safety seriously and want you supported, wherever you continue your journey.
To avoid a lapse in care or potential billable gaps, please renew before your membership expiration date.
If your membership has been inactive for >30 days, there is a $100 reactivation fee to re-join the practice.
