I help women calm the chaos of midlife changes, lose weight in a sustainable way, create lasting health shifts, and rediscover the energy, confidence, and joy they deserve.

I am a Board-Certified Obesity Medicine Specialist. This simply means I understand the science. I understand that weight is not just about willpower—it’s about biology. Midlife shifts in hormones and metabolism can make weight harder to manage. My training helps me identify the root causes of weight changes and create a personalized plan with a 4M Playbook Strategy.
I am a Board-Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, I bring food and science together in a practical way. Instead of vague diet rules, I teach women how to use real, enjoyable meals to support reduce inflammation, and boost energy. It’s about creating a way of eating that feels sustainable—and delicious—through midlife and beyond.
I am a woman in perimenopause.
But it was not until many years later that I realized that my symptoms were related to it.
My main struggle was my sleep.
I would wake up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep.
For years I suffered from insomnia and have tried everything to fix it.
FDA-approved hormone therapy helped me reclaim my life back.
Being board certified in Obesity Medicine means I understand how weight, hormones, and metabolism work together.
This allows me to go beyond generic advice and create safe, personalized plans—including nutrition, movement, mindset, and medications when needed—so my patients finally see results that last.
Being certified by the Menopause Society means I specialize in the complex changes that happen in perimenopause and menopause.
From hot flashes and sleep struggles to brain fog and bone health, I use the latest evidence-based therapies—including hormone and non-hormone options—to help women feel like themselves again and protect long-term health.
Being board certified in Culinary Medicine means I can bridge the gap between nutrition science and real life.
Instead of just telling you what to eat, I help you translate evidence-based nutrition into practical, enjoyable meals that fit your lifestyle—so food becomes a tool for healing, energy, and weight management, not another source of stress.
Being board certified in Family Medicine means I see the whole picture.
With 20+ years of experience as a practicing physician, I connect the dots between hormones, weight, sleep, and stress—so your care is more than a prescription, it’s a partnership.
When your mind is in overdrive, your body can’t heal.
That’s why the Mind Pillar goes beyond “stress relief” — it’s about creating safety in your nervous system, space in your thoughts, and self-trust in your choices.
As a Physician Coach trained in Trauma-Informed Coaching, I help you understand how your brain, hormones, and stress responses all interact — and how to regulate them with science-based, compassionate tools.
My advanced training in sleep and insomnia care means I understand the complex ways hormones, stress, metabolism, and brain patterns affect rest.
I help women uncover root causes and use evidence-based strategies—including elements of CBT-I when appropriate—to restore natural, restorative sleep.
My advanced training as a women’s hormone therapy specialist means I understand the complex ways estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone affect your brain, body, and metabolism.
This allows me to move beyond “one-size-fits-all” prescriptions and instead create safe, personalized hormone plans that ease symptoms, protect long-term health, and help you feel like yourself again.
My specialized training in Sexual Health and Testosterone therapy means I understand how hormones affect intimacy, energy, and overall wellbeing.
Instead of ignoring or dismissing these sensitive issues, I offer safe, evidence-based options to restore desire, improve vitality, and help women feel connected and confident in their bodies again.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I have advanced training in insulin resistance and diabetes prevention.
This means I can help my patients understand how food, movement, stress, and medications impact their glucose—and create personalized strategies to protect their metabolism, energy, and long-term health.
