Every patient will continue to have 1:1 time where we review personal goals and medication. Your care plan is unique to you.

The group sessions simply give you more opportunities to get coaching, ask questions, and stay on track.

What if I’m shy or not comfortable in groups?

You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with.

Many women find listening to others’ questions is just as valuable as speaking. There is unique power in Stories.
