For urgent issues, patients should call the office directly.

Sensitive information, such as detailed medical history or complex medical concerns, should be discussed in person and not through email.

Dr. Troutman will aim to respond to email concerns within 48 hours during regular business hours.

How do I get to your office in Camp Hill?

Parking

Ideal parking would be the East Entrance which is the 2nd floor. Parking is available on all 3 levels. There is an elevator and stairs you can use to get to the 2nd floor.

You will be getting a link in your email as well as a 24 hour notification via text with the link attached as well.

Choose an area where you have a strong internet connection, a quiet place where you can openly discuss any issues and have fewer distractions.  

For safety reasons, we do not recommend driving while conducting your visit.  

Please obtain the following vital signs before your visit.  You are welcome to email this ahead of your appointment or share at your appointment.

How to Get Reimbursement from your Insurance

An extra service I provide my patients is a specially created detailed receipt that you can submit for your insurance for out-of-network benefits. It has all the information that insurances require to get partial reimbursement.

Note that this is NOT a guarantee as it is ENTIRELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR INSURANCE.

Also please note I do not participate with any insurance, hence I do not negotiate with them about your billing.

The detailed receipt will show up in your Patient Portal Health Tab after your visit. If you were successful, please let me know if you want me to continue doing this extra service for you.

Just a reminder that you paid for a Membership program, but receipts for insurance need to be given after each visit and submitted by you to insurance after each visit.

The 1st visit receipt is usually a higher amount of $500 , the succeeding 30 minute visits will have remainder divided by the visit numbers.

Reimbursement amount is dependent on your insurance.
