As a woman who struggled with weight my entire life, I have the personal experience of walking this path. After years of yo-yo weight loss and regain, I decided to use my medical training to deep-dive into why it was so hard for me to lose weight. I then learned about the Modern Science of Weight.
What I discovered was that I was wrongly blaming myself for my weight. I thought my weight gain was entirely my fault since I had a hard time "eating less and moving more."
I discovered the Modern Science of Weight which tells me that weight loss is not about having more willpower.
I learned my weight is a result of the 3Hs - Hormones, Headspace & Habits. It was about my brain, biology, hormones as well as my behavior. That to successfully lose weight and keep it off, I had to approach my weight and my life using a whole-picture approach.
